Audit any website against the 3 pillars of AI search visibility — crawler access, answer-first content, and structure & authority.
AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity are answering millions of buying questions every day — and they only recommend businesses their crawlers can find, read, and verify. This free scan takes about 30 seconds and shows you exactly where your site stands.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the free AI Search Readiness Audit tool (the "Tool"). By using the Tool, submitting a website for analysis, or signing up to receive your full report, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Tool.
The Tool performs an automated scan of a publicly accessible website URL that you provide. It checks publicly available files and pages (such as robots.txt, sitemap.xml, llms.txt, and the HTML of the page you submit) and evaluates them against common AI search visibility practices across three areas: crawler access, content structure, and structured data/authority signals. The Tool produces a score and a written report of its findings.
When you run an audit, you will see your scores and key findings. To receive the complete report, you must provide your name and email address and check the consent box. By doing so, you agree that we will email you your full report as a PDF attachment, and that we may send follow-up emails regarding your submission and your results, including how the findings can be addressed. We do not use your email address for unrelated marketing — our emails to you are limited to delivering your results and following up on them. You may ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying to any of our emails or contacting us using the details below.
You agree to use the Tool only for lawful purposes. You agree that you will: only submit URLs for websites that you own, manage, or are authorized to evaluate; not use the Tool to probe, scan, or test websites for vulnerabilities or in any manner intended to disrupt them; not attempt to bypass rate limits, automate bulk submissions, or interfere with the Tool's operation; and not submit false or misleading information in the signup or contact forms. We may limit, suspend, or block access to the Tool at our discretion, including for suspected abuse.
The Tool relies on automated checks and heuristics performed at a single point in time against the specific URL you submit. Results can be affected by factors outside our control, including caching, CDNs, firewalls, rate limiting, and how the audited site responds to automated requests. Findings may include false positives or miss issues, and scores are informational estimates only. The report is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice. Search and AI platform behavior changes frequently; no specific ranking, citation, visibility, or business outcome is promised or implied.
The Tool, its scoring methodology, report format, and all related content are owned by 1MKT. You may use, share, and reproduce your own report for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not resell the Tool's output, misrepresent its source, or use the Tool to provide a competing service without our written permission.
Audits are performed against websites operated by third parties (or by you). We are not responsible for the content, availability, or policies of any audited website. Fetching a site's publicly accessible pages for analysis does not create any relationship between us and the operator of that site.
The Tool and all reports are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Tool will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be complete or current.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1MKT will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Tool or reliance on any report, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Tool will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). The Tool is provided free of charge, and these limitations are an essential basis of that offering.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 1MKT from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Tool, your violation of these Terms, or your submission of a website you were not authorized to audit.
Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the Tool is described in our Privacy Policy (available via the Privacy Policy link on this tool), which is incorporated into these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Tool after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the free AI Search Readiness Audit tool (the "Tool"), how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies only to the Tool and the emails we send in connection with it.
Information you provide: your name and email address, submitted when you request your full report, along with your consent confirmation; the website URL you submit for analysis, and the resulting score, grade, and report generated for it; and, if you use the contact form, your name, email address, and the message you send.
Information collected automatically: to prevent abuse, we temporarily process your IP address in a hashed (non-readable) form to count recent audit and contact-form submissions — this data expires automatically within one hour and is not linked to your name or email. We also record when you signed up, when your report email was sent, and when we last contacted you. The Tool itself does not set cookies and does not use advertising or analytics trackers. The website hosting the Tool may use cookies as described in its own site-wide notices.
We use the information we collect only to: run the audit you requested and generate your report; email you your full report as a PDF attachment; follow up with you by email regarding your submission and your results, including how the findings can be addressed; respond to messages you send through the contact form; and prevent abuse of the Tool. We do not contact you for any other purpose. Our emails are limited to delivering your results and following up on them. We do not add you to unrelated marketing lists.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing. We do not use your information for advertising or profiling.
Your information is stored on the web hosting infrastructure that powers our website, and emails are delivered through our email service provider. These providers process data on our behalf solely to host the site and deliver messages, and are not permitted to use it for other purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Signup records (name, email, audited URL, score, grade, and email timestamps) are stored in our website's database so we can deliver your report and follow up on it. A copy of your PDF report is stored on our server so it can be attached to your email and re-sent if you request it. Audit results awaiting signup are held temporarily and expire automatically within one hour if no signup occurs. Hashed rate-limiting counters expire automatically within one hour. We retain signup records and reports until they are no longer needed for the purposes above or until you ask us to delete them.
Opt out of follow-ups: reply to any of our emails or contact us using the details below, and we will stop contacting you. Access, correction, deletion: you may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your signup record and stored report. We will honor verified requests within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or Nevada privacy law). We honor the rights described above for all users regardless of location. Nevada residents may also direct us not to sell their personal information; as stated above, we do not sell personal information.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we store, including access controls on our website's administration area, spam protection on public forms, and automatic expiration of temporary data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Tool is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
When you submit a URL, the Tool fetches publicly accessible pages of that website in order to analyze them. We analyze only publicly available technical and content signals; we do not collect personal information about the visitors or operators of audited websites through this process.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
